At ATHRV Media, we care more about results than just doing things the usual way. We want someone who feels the same and can turn interested people into happy clients.

You need to understand how sales, marketing, and customer experience all work together because you will be an important part of our sales team.

Your main job will be to talk to potential clients, book calls with them, and then take those sales calls to help them join ATHRV Media.

Main Tasks:

1. Book Calls – Find and message people who might want our services.
2. Take Sales Calls – Talk to people who booked calls and help them understand what we offer.
3. Follow Up – Message people who didn’t show up or need to reschedule.
4. Track Everything – Keep clear records of your work and sales.

What You’ll Do Every Day:

1. Reach out to 50–100+ people
2. Take 2–10 sales calls
3. Follow up with anyone who missed or rescheduled
4. You’ll also get tips and help from Atharv to get better at sales

Pay (Depends on How Well You Perform):

1. Basic Goal – 5 sales per week

   ₹20,000/week → ₹80,000/month → ₹9,60,000/year

2. Realistic Goal – 7 sales per week

   ₹30,000/week → ₹1,20,000/month → ₹14,40,000/year
